‘Is Anyone Even Watching?’ wins two Fringe Festival Awards!

‘Is Anyone Even Watching?’ by Olivia Muscat has won the Outstanding Newcomer Award supported by Auspicious Arts and the Change Maker Award supported by Theatre Network Australia at last nights Fringe Festival Awards 2025.

Congratulations to Olivia and all the team! Such a well deserved acknowledgement of a wonderful show.

“This year’s Melbourne Fringe Awards celebrates an extraordinary list of artists pushing boundaries and exploring new artistic territory,” says Melbourne Fringe Creative Director Simon Abrahams. “The recipients have made works which tell important stories about the world as it is changing around us right now. It’s been a privilege to help bring them to the stage.”

Olivia stands, dressed in pink pajamas with red heart and cupcake designs, in a colorful bedroom illuminated with pinkish ambient light. She is facing forward and appears to be mid- speech or mid-song. Her hair is tied back into a ponytail and she has colourful butterfly clips in her hair. The background features cube shelves filled with toys, clothing and storage bins, with posters and magazine cutouts decorating the walls. The overall scene feels playful and cozy, depicting a youthful and whimsical atmosphere.
